We want to make our pricing as simple and transparent as possible to you, the customer. We believe in a fair price for a good job, and above all customer satisfaction. This means it’s in our interests to make sure you don’t get any surprises when it comes to charges, are happy with our work and most importantly would be happy to work with us again. So, we will make sure you know costs up front, we won’t start working on anything until you are completely happy, and won’t increase our costs without your full consent.
Diagnostic fixed charge £30 VAT exempt*
Basic Jobs (all prices exclusive of parts) £30-£50 VAT exempt
Examples: Virus/Malware/Adware removal, performance check and optimisation, annual service, memory upgrade, card installations, laptop screen/keyboard repair, tablet/smartphone screen replacement, PC/MAC software installation, connection & setup of add-on devices, home network setup, wifi security setup, set up smartphones & tablets
Advanced jobs (all prices exclusive of parts) £50-£100 VAT exempt
Examples: Operating system upgrades, new PC build, hard disk migration, data loss recovery, spillage removal (keyboards), internet performance optimisation, network attached storage setup, complex network or wifi design, major hardware upgrades
Consultation and advice £30 per hour VAT exempt
Mileage (out of area only) £0.45 per mile VAT exempt
*refundable when you ask us to fix any issues found
